Fresh pasta has a 7–10 day shelf life, designed to deliver peak flavor to any menu.
Hand-packed dry pasta is sale-ready, dated on the day of production, and has a shelf life of 6+ months. Packaging is 100% compostable!

Bring water to a rolling boil.
Salt water heavily.
Add pasta and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Dry Pasta Cooking Instructions
